Please review this policy carefully before purchasing. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Domestic Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD.

All delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions and destination.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking website provided in your confirmation email.
During peak seasons and major holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will communicate any significant delays by email.
CARRIER
We ship all domestic and international orders via UPS (United Parcel Service). All shipments are tracked and handled through UPS logistics services.
Please note that some fragrance and alcohol-based products are classified as limited quantity hazardous materials under carrier and transportation regulations. As a result, certain products may be restricted to ground shipping only and may not be eligible for air transport, which can affect estimated delivery times. This may affect estimated delivery times, particularly for international orders and remote domestic destinations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International shipping is available to most countries served by UPS, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions.
A flat-rate international shipping fee of $20.00 USD applies to all international orders, regardless of order size or value. There is no free shipping threshold for international orders.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. The customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges.
We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates. For customs-related questions, please contact your local customs authority or reach out to us at info@myscentportfolio.com.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes
• Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (business days only)
• Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time
• Not all shipping methods are available for all products - fragrance and alcohol-based items may be restricted to ground shipping only (see Carrier section above)
ORDER DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or high order volume.
If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated delivery timeframe as soon as the information is available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Delivered but Missing: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package was stolen or is missing despite the delivery confirmation, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors and around your property
• Contacting UPS directly to file a claim
• Filing a report with your local police department if theft is suspected
We will assist where reasonably possible on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@myscentportfolio.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or has been handed to UPS. Address changes requested after shipment may incur additional carrier fees, which may be passed on to the customer where applicable.
