Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with My Scent Portfolio, a trademarked brand owned by 3B International LLC. We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below - we are happy to assist with eligible returns.

 

1. RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

For customers in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

       The product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes fragrances, body mists, personal care products, reed diffusers, rooms sprays and candles. Items that have been opened, tested, sprayed, or used are not eligible for return.

       The product must be unused and unlit (for candles)

       Original tags must be attached

       The product must be in its original packaging

       Proof of purchase must be provided (receipt or order confirmation)

 

Returns may only be requested by the original purchaser. The person who placed the order must initiate the return request.

 

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

We will provide you with:


• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Return instructions
• A return shipping label (prepaid where applicable, depending on the reason for return)

Important: Items sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. RETURN SHIPPING

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In other cases, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a return shipping label when applicable.

We strongly recommend using the label we provide to ensure your return is trackable and insured. My Scent Portfolio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when a carrier or method other than the one we provide is used.

 

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with our review.

 

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

       Sale items (marked as Final Sale at time of purchase)

       Gift cards

       Any product that is not in its original sealed condition

       Opened, used, tested, or partially consumed products of any kind

       Candles that have been lit or show any signs of use

       Fragrances or body mists that have been sprayed, tested, or unsealed

       Custom or personalized items

       Products containing alcohol-based fragrance compounds, once opened

 

If you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

 

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once your return request is approved) and place a new order for the replacement item separately. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

 

8. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status by email.

If your return is approved:

       The refund will be issued to your original payment method

       Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed on our side, depending on your payment provider

       Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@myscentportfolio.com.
